Extra charges

I updated to a different phone because still paying contract on other phone as well I knew what my bill would be but now original phone contract I have finished paying for so now only 1 phone but they are still taking for 2 phones have messaged no reply

When did you finish paying off your credit agreement on your other phone, was it recently and if it was what date are you billed on each month ?
