Extra bill charges

I have been charged extra this month that is 3.50 pound on a call made to USA which I am not aware off I haven't made any such calls in that duration and don't even know about it .! So kindly help me in this regard and remove the unfair charges

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

You will need to contact Sky to dispute a particular charge. Does the call / number register on your device call history?
