Expected bill

My next expected bill is £60 when it's supposed to only be £30.
the latest bill was paid manually and I had no notification that it didn't go through until fairly recently so I paid manually again. Next bill is showing as if I'm paying both months but this wouldn't be right.

We can't see your bills or see the timing but generally making a manual payment will be against next month's bill.  So it may not impact a pending bill.

@Stephhosie
If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. I would suggest not making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

Forgetting that you made a manual payment if Sky couldn't take the payment from you then they might have carried it over to next months bill hence it. Ring more.
