Existing sky customer swapped plans.

Existing sky customer with new plan sim.. Can’t call ANYONE help please

Ok, but take a step back and explain what you've done.

 

I could make some guesses but it will be quicker if you explain.

Have you activated the sim ?

Was it working and now it isn't ?
