Existing mobile customers offers
Can anyone please explain why as a diamond vip customer I'm not eligible for new sky mobile sim only offers? I've checked on manage my sim but the triple data offers are not being reflected. Shame as I wanted to add another sim at the same time!

Such offers are for additional/new SIMs only...

I think that would apply to the sim you have already got so to order another sim with it's own data plan you would need to do it via this link:

Just to point out you can not easily transfer you number betwen the sim you have already got to the new one without doing it via a PAYG sim first.

can I just check what you mean by transferring it via a pay sim please?
all our current sims are out of contract & phones not locked to sky. We currently have sim only.

As you can't transfer a number from a Sky sim to another Sky sim then only way to do it is to transfer it to a PAYG sim on a different network. Then get a Pac code on that network and transfer it back to the new Sky sim.
