Hi, I've recently been travelling in Europe (mostly areas covered by the £2 per day roaming pass). I went to Serbia a few days ago and as soon as I got the text saying 'welcome to Serbia' and realised it was not a country on the £2 pass I turned off roaming. I now see I have charges of £141 on my bill. I also swear I had a spend cap in place which now isn't showing though I know I didn't turn it off. Will sky reduce any of these charges ?
Also, can I contact them via live chat? It seems ridiculous there is only access to call when I'm abroad and it's not always possible.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@HannahT13 I don't think Sky will reduce or refund any of the charges, the data will have been used by your device whether you intended to or not.
You could try contacting Sky via their social media accounts but don't be surprised if they insist the charges have to be paid.
