European Calls

Hi,

I am based in Ireland and have been trying to call a Dutch number of a hotel to amend a booking and it does not connect and says if I have set a spend cap to review. I have no spend cap on my account and as far as I know the European regulations allow all EU member countries to call without extra charges?

If anyone else has had a similar issue how did you resolve?

@Rryan

Have you tried setting a spend cap on your account to see if this then allows you to make this call.

No: RoI to Holland is still an international call between two different countries and consequently rather expensive.

You may be thinking of roaming within the EU, where a user from any member nation can access their home data/calls/text allowance at no additional cost when they are actually in another member nation.
