Esim

I ordered a esim not realizing by phone doesn't support one and I want to cancel it , how do I do that. I have now got a standard sim which is working. I just don't want to pay for both sim's.

If you did not activate the esim then it should be cancelled but if you did do this you will need to call Sky on 150.
