Esim

I have tried a numerous of times to activate my eSIM I even got a replacement one and set up a new plan and still failing to activate on my device settings it's still stuck on activate has anyone got any tips please I've done a reset and turned off phone and made sure it's updated and connected to wifi but even this is not working

Hi @Mia41  i would ask sky for a physical sim replacement, when it comes activate it and put it in your phone. Then either just keep using it or convert it to an esim.
