I'm trying to convert my sons sim to an eSIM and I'm not receiving a message with the code. Now seeing lots of people have had the same issue for some time now which is very disappointing. I now have a disappointed 13 year old who's main birthday gift is now useless.

Does this phone not take a physical sim as some are duel sim phone so take both a physical one and a esim.
