Esim won’t activate

I had my new iPhone 14 from Sky a few weeks ago.  After a struggle, I managed to activate the eSIM on it.  However, I've not been able to make or receive calls.  Text message work fine.

 

Today I have desperately been trying to sort it out.  Updated the network settings etc.

 

I then tried a replacement eSIM.  Got the email with the code but it just will not activate - keeps coming up saying it can't be activated at this time.

 

in the meantime the old eSIM has deactivated so I have no access to a phone to call Sky, or, of more of a concern, call for help if I need to (woman living alone).

 

this is so frustrating!

Hi

 

Sky weren't helpful at all.  Only managed to get a response via messaging on Facebook.

 

they said they couldn't help me!  In the end I requested a physical sim, which worked once it arrived.

 

So didn't really get it sorted, in so much as the eSIM.

Thanks for responding, that's so frustrating! .I can't believe sky wouldn't help? 
I'm glad you were able to access what you needed eventually but it's really poor service.
