Esim to activated

I purchased a new phone and esim. I have set up the esim on my Google pixel 10a, it shows no service and the phone says that the SIM is not provisioned. I then had a text message from sky asking me to install it again, the same message shows. I have transferred my number from my old provider. My old provider account is still working. I purchased the phone on Sunday 5th July phone arrived on the 6th. Any help??

Hi @WillAlex  the 10a is not listed on the compatible list so this may be your issue.

The Sim is showing as installed on the phone though, why offer an esim to a non compatible phone?
