Esim support

When I got an iPad for my daughter last September it was supposed to include an esim (confirmed in email order) but on trying to set it up we have been unable to find it in the list of Sims listed on mysky account?

Can anyone help ?

They expire after 30 days if you don't activate it.  You would have to order a new one.

Thanks for reply!

My wife was on the understanding it was included in the price but I was sure you would need a plan

@Brettpr

Your wife would have been correct but for the sim you would only be charged for it if you activated which you did not do so it will have been cancelled so if you need one now you can order it here:

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans

As stated above when the esim is ready you have 30 days to activate it.

It may have been the 'free' 100MB plan.  (Which is only really useful if you have a piggybank to top it up)

Yes @Brettpr  they offer it free for 12 months with a new device, if you don't activate it then it drops off your account and if you want to add that sim at a later date it's £5 per month.
