i need help please, my esim has failed, i cant complete 2fa so cant get a new esim, i cant call through to sky, the chat team is unavailable....what the heck am i supposed to do to fix this, this has happened on my wifes sim and my daughters as well, there is something seriously wrong here, im away with work so i cant use either of their phones which makes things more complicated
