Hi I have received my sky sim and I can't activate it due to app issues when I took out the deal I chose Esim but I called to be sent a physical one instead due to phone not supporting Esim problem I have just received the physical sim I have installed it and it doesn't work could you please help me activate it
What is happening when you try to activate it online ?

You will have to call Sky again as they should be able to help you get the sim activated.
