I had an old account with sky that was still open although no bill produced for years. Took out sky mobile and was advised to delete sky ID then create new and link mobile account. Error is whoops theres been an error. Sorry we are experiencing some technical difficulties please try again later. Tried several times over the last few months

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou are going to have to call Sky and ask to speak to their ID team as they will need to unlink the email address from that other account before you can use it when setting up your new one.

It might do but if not again you will need to call Sky.

150 is the number from your Sky mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
