Error when activating sim

Hi, I've just followed all the steps to activate my sim and as soon as I press on it, it's saying error go onto my sky app to continue. I did so and the sane message is still coming up, even though I am on the app?

Do you have another phone that you can call Sky on, if not they can be contacted via their social media channels as there are links to these at the bottom of this page.
