Error on mobile shop

I am checking my mobile on my sky app and when I click on credit agreement it's comes up with error message access denied. 

any clue to what this is.

Are you using the right sign in details or using a VPN or if an iphone the private relay function ?

Hello. Yes am using the correct sign in details and checked setting and don't have the private relay for the iPhone.
