Error message when trying to upgrade

Anyone else know why, or of a workaround to why I'm getting an Error message when trying to upgrade - not even getting to the choosing a phone stage - it says swap available, I press the link it comes up briefly and then glitches to an error screen? Both on app and desktop!

Hi @Ccaqwrt  try incognito mode on your browser, if that still doesn't work then your only option is to call sky for help placing the order.

Thanks - it happens on a few pages or I'd just assume I was ineligible- I'll have to call them as it still does the same in private mode 😩 thanks though!
