I have ordered a new phone when logged into my sky ID, I have received this but my phone didn't show on my id orders and it displays an error message when trying to activate my new sim, id also like to keep my old number.

You d not need to activate the sim that came with the phone unless you want to use that one as well so that you would be paying for two of them.
