Error message unsure

I have tried to use my swap for the past few months each time it comes up with an error. I have chatted to sky a few times via chat and they don't seem to understand what I'm telling them. I would like to swap my iPad for a MacBook but I don't know how much the final monthly cost would be. 

I don't want to call because I don't want to be pressured sold anything. I also have autism which makes things difficult as well.

 

I would love to know why I am getting this technical error message and if it is something I am doing wrong or if that's sky... 

 

please help.

If there are health issues involved that amongst other things may affect the ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at these related links… ~
