Hi, you aren’t directly talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers with additional help from Superusers like myself.
The account holder will need to report the loss of the SIM card to Sky. It can't be reported here.

When you activate a replacement sim card as it will have the same number as the stolen one it will automatically cancel it.
