Hi i have already returned the mobile but it shows i have unsettled debt and a missed payment.

We can't check as we're other customers here.

 

However, returns can take 3 weeks or more to be processed.  You must continue paying until it's processed.  (Otherwise debt processes will kick in that can impact your credit history)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You can view your bills via the MySky app so if you go back through them does anything show for you ?
