Emergency calls only

Phone is ok on WiFi, BUT is still saying emergency calls only. No one can ring me i cant ring out..... it says reader only??? Can anyone help? Checked airplane mode Checked other things including network rest

I try to access this, but it comes up with sorry this services does work for screen readers...... which i have no clue about

It says the same for me but does appear to load as there are some options underneath so do you see these ?

I see these and it just says busy times..... the emergency calls only is on the left top of my phone, once I leave the house no one can ring or I cant dial out. 

Think I'm going to have to ring them

did this ever get fixed? i am having the same issue, has been like it since thursday last week!

Well spoke to someone from sky last night and she said its a glitch with my esim. So I've got a physical one coming in the next 3-5days..... right pain in bum.... never been with Sky before I moved over from O2 in July.... the kids never had a problem with sky.

I would contact them. I had done everything. Also make sure you ask for any discount for not getting the full service. I did and got a discount on monthly bill
