Emergency calls only
I've only got emergency calls on my phone, this has happened twice in a month, not good enough, so I'm thinking of changing my provider who are more reliable. Blaming a faulty mast twice in a month is not good enough. Your engineer should have sorted the problem out first time. I'm disabled and need my phone. Useless service.

Re: Emergency calls only
You are only talking to other customers here and not Sky support not that mast is not "ours" and neither does it belong to Sky so as annoying as this might be if it is faulty again then you will have to wait until the owners repairs it.

Re: Emergency calls only
Useless service. According to you there is a faulty mast. This was the same reason you gave last month, and it should of been fixed first time. I'm no longer prepared to pay for a service I'm not getting, and will be changing my provider. I'm disabled and need my phone 24/7.
