How do I change my email address registered with Sky?

Hi @mickademus you can do it in the my sky app, open the app, tap on the figure (top left) then my details, then manage sky ID. Then edit email

address.

Many thanks. I did that a while ago, yet still receiving communications from Sky on the old address. They appear to be quite incompetent.
