ESim conversion on IPad

Hi. I have received a new iPad and am trying to convert my existing sim to an Esim. 
However the process wants to send a security code on a text to the sky mobile number.

But the sky mobile number is a sim in my old iPad, and iPads can't receive texts.

How do I get the code please.

Any help really appreciated.

Sadly no. I spent a considerable amount of time with an online advisor only to be told they couldn't help and that I will have to ring Sky. I have not yet had the time to try and get through again.
