ESIM
I have had to buy new ipad as the one i got from sky is faulty and out of warranty. I therefore need an ESIM, tried to convert it but it is sending a code to old ipad that I can't turn on!

You can order a new esim here (select choose sim type):
https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans
If you can'tr access the other iPad then you might have to speak to Sky about this as you will continue to be billed for it unless they cancel it which they should be able to do if you have had it for 12 months or more.
