ESIM not working.

I am having issues with my ESIM, when I go from the sky app to add me ESIM to my phone I am getting the issue eSIM cannot be added. This code is no longer valid. I have tried reaching out to sky to see if they can issue me a replacement eSIM I do not have access to the my mobile number and have now been without mobile data for 2 days. They have said they will send me a actual sim but can take 6 days!!
