Hi @Dhruv25

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

In relation to Sky or Sky mobile what's an emi payment?

What's 'EMI'?

All billing is automatic - if this is a device payment then it will stop once the credit is cleared.

My guess would be

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equated_monthly_installment

Apparently common terminology within the Indian banking system, although less commonly used in Europe.

Ah, probably...

Payment terms are often a year longer than many realise.  A Swap24 contract is actually 3 years long if you don't swap.
