E-sim activation

Ive been with sky for a long time and ive just replaced my old phone but instead of putting my old sim in ive opted foe one of the new E-Sims but kept my number but sky are asking for a PAC CODE which I defetley dont need

An esim will come with a new number so you will have to use this as you can't not directly transfer the number from your sim to this new esim or even another physical sim.

You shouldn't need a pac code to just activate an esim.

Hi @Pollygeorge  you should be able to convert your old sim to an esim without needing a PAC.

If you have already activated the new esim you will need to delete it from your phone and call sky on 150 to then cancel it to prevent any charges. If you haven't activated it then it will drop off your account without charge.
