E-sim abroad

I'm abroad and have lost my sim, wanna convert to an eSIM which it says I can but it wants to verify with a text, to a number I can't access cause I'm in Thailand and have lost it

I have but when I follow through it wants to send the verification code to my number and won't let me change to a different verification

Not sure what you can do as usually in this situation sky will send out a new physical sim @Meg_q  then once that's activated the customer either uses that or converts it to esim ?
