I am going to Jamaica and plan to use an E Sim from a provider like Maya or Airalo, will the E Sim from a different provider work on my sky mobile contract phone alongside my normal sky sim?

...but you can use a SIM/eSIM from another provider - and highly recommend unless you're happy with the charges.
Personally, I'd consider physically removing the SIM to ensure it doesn't connect - as you may be charged without being aware as data charges can kick in with background activity.

Re: E Sim Query
Using your Sky sim/e-sim in Jamaica is going to work out as being really expensive as rest of the world charges apply and not the daily £ 2 one so these are what it will cost you:
Calls to UK mabiles and landlines - £2.16 per minute.
Recieving calls - £1.80 per minute
Data - £2.16 per MB (not GB)
Texts to local or UK mobiles - 50p per text message.
