Duplicate text charges

Why am I being charged for the same text message twice at the exact same time?

How long was the message?  As SMS is limited to 160 characters.

 

If it was longer then your phone will have sent multiple times.

Who has this text been sent to because if it is a UK mobile then there should be no charge.

Does your mobile itself show that the text was only sent the once, if so you will need to report this to Sky by calling them on 150.
