Double phone payment

Hello. I recently changed my phone payment from my Lloyds to my Monzo to manage my phone bill. When I done this it informed me that my change of card payment wouldn't change until after my first bill. I paid manually through my Lloyds as I notice they still hasn't taken payment today on the 13th October but now I've been charged £76 as they've took the manual one and trying to take money out my Monzo which wasn't meant to change until my next payment? I do not have enough money to do two payments right now. Thanks.

No matter what payment details you use there should be no reason to make manual payments so for the one you made if you see a credit on it then you can call Sky on 150 about getting this refunded which should be with you within 5 working days at the latest.
