Double Data not showing

I have just started my second month of sky mobile with the double data offer (paying for 15gb but should get 30gb). I wasn't told that for the first month I wouldn't receive the full data amount (I read it after searching online) but now my balances have renewed for my second month it's still just showing 15gb. Is something wrong?

You will need to call Sky about this, 150 being the number to call them on.
