Dissatisfied

I have a Z flip 6 phone my screen has now got a line across the fold that seems to be under the screen itself .the top half of phone is black and the bottom  half is white light . I haven't dropped my phone .or slammed  it shut .one minute  phone was fine next time I opened  it it was as I have described above .I went on line to see what could be done . And all.i got was we can only book you in for a repair .was told the repair  it self could take 14 working days but have to wait for packing for it to arrive . It's still under warranty  . How I'm I supposed  to go without my phone for maybe 3/ 4 weeks . Is this the normal way things are done ?
