Disputed delivery

1 week ago dpd delivered my phone to the wrong address, his proof of delivery photo shows the wrong colour door on a mat we don't own and his map even shows the wrong street. I've yet to receive any communication from sky about is happening only thing I know is that I still have to pay for a phone I don't have.

@Malky5  I'm afraid you'll need to waitfor Sky to complete their investigations, there isn't much the community can do to help here.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Investigations like this by Sky can take a number of weeks based on other similar cases posted on here in the past so as stated above you will need to give them time to complete it.
