Discrepancy on current bill

I changed my DD date by 2 weeks but I've been charged two full months worth for everything with this change, can you confirm as to why?

You are talking to other customers here so look at the date of this bill and what it covers as changing the date does mean you bill is recalculated as it could well cover more than the usual 4 weeks, your future bills should be of the normal amount.

Changing the payment date doesn't just change the payment date - a complete pro-rata recalculation is performed and billing is monthly advance.

 

Your bill will be fully itemised with the date ranges covered.  Credit-related items can be more complicated.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
