Disappointing Service

I'm just at the end of my tether!

Trying to get someone to listen to me from Sky

I ordered an I Phone beginning of August which I had to return as was not working.

Confirmed by Sky that return was received.

Ive been charged now around £80 pounds or so now.

I spoke to someone 10days or so ago and said refund would be given! Nothing so far!

Yesterday I phoned to chase this to be asked all the same questions but had to cancel the call as waited around 30minutes speaking to someone who wasn't helpful 

Suggestion please I just want this to end?

Unfortunately despite 2 further emails to complaint department I'm no further forward

Any credit refund might be pending until the faulty device is fixed and returned. Sky have 8 weeks to resolve a complaint.
