Disabled need help please

I need my phone for medical & ex Iv had all three of my phones cut off for no reason iv always done everything correctly with sky mobile. Me & my two sons who don't live with me any more due to my disability arnt in touch ever. 
there's no way for me to contact them to sort the problem out as I can't even call sky witch is insanely redicuels. If anyone can help please do.?

It won't help on this occasion as your issue appears to be part of the larger problem experienced by some customers since Sunday evening, but to help in the future it may be worth you registering with the Sky Accessibility Team. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
