Direct debit

Just wondering if this is normal my first direct debit was meant to go out on the 15th my sky account says paid but money hasn't left my bank account

Hi @Sean1904  it can sometimes be a day later or so but don't make a manual payment as sky will still take the direct debit.

Your Sky account will say it has been paid if the process to take it has begun so in a day or so you should see that the payment has been taken.
