Direct debit problem
It always says my payment has been taken via direct debit on the 23rd of each month and the money is always there but sky don't take it then say I haven't paid the bill whenever it is set up as a direct debit?

If it says it has been paid today then this might be because Sky have started to take it or it will say this if you had enough credit on your account so this has been used to buy at the bill instead of it being taken via the direct debit. If you are making manual payments then there is no need to.
