I didn't order promotion iPad pro but yet it on my bill I don't have the iPad how do I get a hold of sky to talk to them

@Cf430 did you receive a call offering a reduction - usually 40% - off your bills? If yes then did you give them your account details? It sounds like you received a scam call & were offered a discount plus a 'free gift'.
