Device swap damage
Why are sky such scammers ?!
swapped my iPhone 14 Plus for iPhone 16 pro max. They said the value of the 14 meant there was nothing further to pay.
had an email saying they've received it and there is damage!
when I say this phone was in PERFECT condition I mean not even a scratch.
luckily I KNEW this would happen so took plenty of pictures of my phone before it left me !
Sky..... I will be cancelling my direct debit if you do not respond to my customer complaint via email

Hi @Xannajx sky will not respond to a post on here. You will either need to call sky or make a formal complaint in order to get a response. You can call them on 150.

Putting yourself in breach of contract and potentially impacting your credit history is not a good way of resolving this.
A better way would be to contact Sky (not by email) and ask for the phone to be returned if they cannot adjust the trade in value.

Re: Device swap damage
You could ask them to send you photos of this damage and let them know that you took photos before returning it to show it was in perfect conditions as you might find you get further doing this than doing anything else.
