Device returned in swap

Royal Mail delivery tracker shows that the device was delivered to sky on 2nd March 26 When will it be removed from the account?. This is on the swap plan

Hi @Jo_M  it takes 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed and longer for it to be removed from your device list.
