Device return

Hi I need to return my swap device. What enail do I email foe a pre paid return label?

Hi @TLambS  you need to call sky on 150 to arrange a return and they will then provide the address.

Apparently (according to another customer last year) the return label is on the inside of the packaging the new device arrived in but its quite small and could easily be missed. You then use that label and the same packaging to return.

If you’ve already disposed of that give Sky a call (just dial 150) and ask for more packaging AND another returns label.

If you haven't got the packaging the device came in (as the return label should be on the inside of it) then you will need to call Sky on the free 150 number and ask them to send you the label. You can use any packaging you have got or can request that Sky sends you some.

 

Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when returning it.
