Device not received

Hi. 

I had to receive the device on 14/07 by DPD. I didn't get anything. They kept saying that the parcel is retained in their depot due to problems in the area and no update afterwards. I called DPD and they suggested I call Sky to investigate. 

A sky agent sent the information to the investigation team but no response in the 72 hours of waiting.I sent an email but still no response. Today we are on 26/07 and no answer. If someone can help me please. Thank you.
