Device limited reached

I have reached my device limited but 2 of the handsets have been completed, one of them was completed over a year ago and the other one just last month, I am looking to get my daughter a phone but won't allow me to order one, does anyone know if these devices come off my account automatically or do I need to ask for them to be removed?

They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.
