Deposit refund Sky mobile

I ordered a phone and plan last week and they done a credit check and they asked for 109 deposit which I paid and after that they canceled on me ..Now I'm out of pocket 109 euro and the policy of 14 working days fir refund is a joke as yous cancelled it not me ..its not fair on faniles who need the money back especially after taking it then recusing me its a disgrace of a company can someone is sky please sort this quicker as its scandless what you done to me and my family

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting here.

It’s the normal process. Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to call Sky Ireland to chase it up.

If you call Sky Ireland in the morning then they might be able to refund it for you.

Wel it's a disgrace the way they give you false hope saying you passed the credit check and and say yes we can give you the contract if pay 109 wipe snd thrn give you your account number and says phone weill be delivered next day as jt was aphone fir my son..And then cancel the ehole ebgire order and then have the cheek to say oh by way it takes 14 wirming days to get refund which is nearly a month shame on them leaving a family stuck..14 days ive never heard of that..5 days max ..they are quixk enough to take your momey but not the same to give it back..I am posting what happened on social media to warn people what they do as its a disgrace to hard working families holding there monely like that

Wel sky Ireland on the Wats app said 14 working days absolute disgrace 14 working days they will be getting named and shamed for sure how much of a scam it is and saying 14 working days fir refund it's the worst over experience ever I have had

The fact is that they the ones who canceled not me they should send money back with in a few days of I canceled etc Wel then I'd be willing to wait cause I changed my mind it they take money money then cancel them say 14 working days to get my money I just paid a hour before is a disgrace of a company
